If you’ve been referred by your church, I just want to say—welcome. It’s really important to me to make support accessible, so I offer up to six free sessions for those coming through church connections. It’s a way to create space for Christ centred healing, reflection, and honest conversation.
That said, because of limited time, spots do fill up quickly—so I just ask for a little grace with scheduling. I’m really glad you’re here, and I look forward to walking alongside you if I can.
How to Get Started
If this is your first session please email me using the email address at the bottom of this page.
Please include the following details:
Your full name
Your phone number
The name of the church who referred you to me
The name of the person who gave you my contact details
A few sentences about the situation you are seeking help for. Please keep this brief.
Availability & Location
In-person counselling sessions are usually held in the church building that referred you to me.
Tuesdays’s from 2:00pm-4pm
Free off-street parking on-site.
Zoom online counselling sessions are also available.
Thursday’s from 4:00pm-6:00pm
I will email your Zoom link the morning of your appointment.
